How do I access task and notes information from my computer?

When I press "Back" key after opening "Quick Help" within "User Guide" I can't move the cursor or do anything with the app. Please help!
This is a known issue with the application and we are currently investigating the root cause. Work around is to exit the application by pressing "Home" key and reopening it. The application will function normally after that
